At Pro:Direct Sport, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized items, such as embroidered boots or printed jerseys, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product box is protected by an outer mailing bag or box.
Print Label and Ship
Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days back to your original payment method.
